Matcha Overnight Oats
Creamy oats infused with ceremonial matcha, sweetened with honey and topped with fresh kiwi and sesame. Earthy, energizing and ready when you wake up.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cuprolled oats
- 1/2 cupunsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cupGreek yogurt
- 1 teaspoonmatcha powder
- 1 tablespoonhoney
- 1/4 teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1/4 cupfresh berries
- 2 tablespoonssliced almonds
- pinchsea salt
How to make it
In a mason jar or container, whisk together matcha powder with 2 tablespoons of warm water until smooth and lump-free
Add almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to the matcha mixture and stir well
Add rolled oats and a pinch of sea salt, then stir to combine thoroughly
Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
In the morning, stir and add additional milk if needed to reach desired consistency
Top with fresh berries and sliced almonds before serving
