Mango Chia Pudding
Creamy coconut chia pudding topped with fresh mango and a squeeze of lime. Make it the night before and wake up to breakfast already done — tropical, fresh and energizing.
Ingredients
- 1 cupunsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cupchia seeds
- 1 tablespoonmaple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1 cupfresh mango chunks
- 1/4 teaspoonground turmeric
- 2 tablespoonsshredded coconut
- 2 tablespoonsgranola
How to make it
Pour almond milk into a mixing bowl
Add chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract and ground turmeric
Stir well to combine all ingredients thoroughly
Divide the chia mixture into serving bowls
Top each bowl with fresh mango chunks
Sprinkle shredded coconut and granola over the pudding
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat
