Ingredients

  • 100grolled oats
  • 1ripe banana, mashed
  • 240mlstrong brewed espresso, cooled
  • 120mlunsweetened almond milk
  • 15mlmaple syrup
  • 5mlvanilla extract
  • 2.5mlground cinnamon
  • 1.25mlground nutmeg
  • 15gchopped walnuts
  • pinchsea salt

How to make it

Step 1

Brew espresso and allow to cool to room temperature for 5 minutes

Step 2

In a mason jar or container, combine mashed banana, cooled espresso, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract

Step 3

Add rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt to the mixture

Step 4

Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and no lumps remain

Step 5

Cover the container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours

Step 6

In the morning, stir and add additional almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency

Step 7
